離婚をするなら・・・もう少しガマン

年金分割を知ってますか？

専業主婦だった期間のみですが、その期間に支払った保険料は夫婦が共同で納めたものとみなして、将来の年金額を計算しよう、というのが年金分割です。

年金分割が認められるのは平成１９年４月以降に離婚した場合のみですので、注意が必要。

しかも必ず半分ずつになるわけではなく、分割割合については、夫との話し合いで決めることになります。合意が得られない場合は裁判所に申し立てて分割割合を決めてもらうことになります。

年金分割というといかにも半分もらえそうですが、もらえるのは婚姻期間中に支払った保険料に対応する夫婦合計の年金額の最大で１／２まで。

ここで必要なのが、年金に詳しい行政書士。
つまり、社会保険労務士（＝年金のスペシャリスト）・行政書士（＝離婚協議書の専門家）の資格のある当事務所がオススメです。

夫との話し合いに専門家と一緒に臨めば、鬼に金棒です。
ご主人にも分りやすく説明した上で、奥様に有利な条件を提示でき、離婚協議書という約束の証拠を一緒に作成いたします。
